Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission required.
• Minimum of 5 years healthcare-related legal experience, including DMEPOS, distribution, or regulated healthcare businesses.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day commercial legal partner for At-Home Solutions businesses.
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, supplier, vendor, and distribution agreements.
• Counsel on contract risk, commercial models, and operational changes.
• Identify legal/compliance issues and escalate risks as needed.
• Support strategic projects, integrations, and disputes.
