Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare legal experience preferred (DMEPOS, healthcare distribution, medical products, logistics, home-based care, pharmacy, etc.).
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day commercial legal partner for At-Home Solutions businesses.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements across customer, supplier, vendor, distributor, services, technology, and logistics.
• Counsel on contract risk, commercial models, and interpretation of agreements; identify risks and options.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and training to improve contracting speed and risk management.
