Job summary

The role focuses on design, delivery, and disclosure of investment solutions across fee-based channels and third-party platforms, with collaboration across compliance, risk, and technology functions. The Senior Attorney will serve as a trusted advisor on fiduciary and regulatory matters,

Responsibilities

• Advise on investment advisory programs, managed account platforms, and wealth management solutions.
• Counsel on Investment Advisers Act, fiduciary obligations, disclosures, and advertising with escalation for complex issues.
• Support advisory offerings for various client segments including retirement, institutional, and retail.
• Advise on models, UMA/SMA frameworks, ETFs, mutual funds, and alternate investment products.
• Collaborate with business teams, compliance, risk, and technology on platform and product initiatives.
