Job summary

SEI is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its Asset Management Legal team in Oaks, PA, to provide legal and regulatory support across SEI's U.S. wealth management, investment advisory, asset management, and distribution businesses.

The role requires a JD and 4–6 years of relevant legal experience, with a practical, business‑oriented approach to complex regulatory issues, collaboration with stakeholders, and ability to advise on advisory platforms, client agreements, and platform integration.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar license.
• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience in a financial services setting.
• Experience with investment adviser regulation and wealth management matters.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical, business-focused guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on investment advisory programs, platforms, and related disclosures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate advisory and platform agreements.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting registered investment advisers and wealth managers.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams on cross-functional matters.
