Job summary

SEI Investments Company in Oaks, PA seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Asset Management Legal team to provide legal and regulatory support across wealth management, investment advisory, asset management, and distribution businesses.

The role advises on investment advisory programs, platform integrations, disclosures, and fiduciary considerations, collaborating with business, compliance, risk and technology teams, and supports strategic growth and governance matters.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience at a law firm or in-house in financial services.
• Experience advising investment advisers, wealth management or advisory platforms; strong regulatory background.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, negotiation and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise wealth management and advisory businesses on investment programs and regulatory requirements.
• Support platforms, distribution, and related legal coordination for advisory solutions.
• Provide legal support for growth initiatives and strategic integrations such as platform expansions.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret advisory and vendor agreements; monitor regulatory developments.
