You will serve as a central SME, bridging the legal, technology, and leadership teams with strong writing and rapid briefing capabilities for executives.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active U.S. bar membership, 6+ years of experience, and a track record drafting complex technology and commercial

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Six or more years of experience as a practicing attorney.
Hands-on experience negotiating and drafting technology and commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

Lead and advise on high-value technology and commercial agreements.
Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex transactions across partners and customers.
Collaborate with legal, technology, risk, and business teams to enable AI Connect initiatives.
Provide strategic guidance and executive-level briefings on regulatory and policy issues related to AI.
