Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Senior Counsel, M&A Integration to own the legal integration of acquired companies. You will partner with Corporate Strategy, Development, and product teams to align on integration milestones and risk management across global operations.

You will drive playbook development, apply AI-driven tools to speed deal velocity, and communicate progress to senior leadership. Remote-friendly with options for Austin or other US offices. Immediate need.

Qualifications

J.D. and active State Bar in good standing.
10+ years in M&A integration, legal operations and complex commercial motions.
Experience at top law firms or in-house at SaaS/high-growth tech firms.
Strong knowledge of global privacy laws related to SaaS.
AI-first mindset with experience applying AI in legal work.
Excellent project management and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end legal integration of acquired entities with cross-functional leads.
Coordinate with Corporate Development to influence the integration roadmap.
Serve as central legal point of contact across Privacy, Security, Product Legal, Finance.
Provide executive updates on milestones and blockers.
Streamline transition of customer and vendor contracts for GTM post-close.
Develop repeatable playbooks and templates using AI-driven tools.
Identify and remediate legal risks during integration, including data residency.
