Procore is seeking a Senior Counsel, M&A Integration to architect and lead the end-to-end legal integration of acquired companies into the Procore ecosystem. You will coordinate with Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Product & Technology, Revenue Operations, Sales, Security, People, Finance, and LRC teams to drive integration strategy and execution.

Qualificações

• J.D. and active State Bar membership in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience in M&A integration, legal operations, and complex commercial matters.
• Deep expertise in SaaS or high-growth tech transactions and global privacy laws.
• AI-first mindset with experience applying AI to legal processes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and exceptional stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end legal integration of acquired entities with cross-functional leads.
• Partner with Corporate Development to identify risks and shape the integration roadmap.
• Serve as central legal contact between Commercial Legal and Privacy, Security, Product, and Finance.
• Provide executive updates on milestones and blockers to leadership.
• Streamline transition of contracts to a unified go-to-market post-close.
• Develop repeatable legal integration playbooks and templates leveraging AI tools.
• Provide leadership on AI-driven strategies to accelerate integration timelines.
• Identify and remediate legal risks during integration, including privacy and data residency.
