Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of M&A Integration to lead the company\'s post‑acquisition integration programs from diligence through execution.

The role partners with Corporate Development and collaborates with Product, Go-To-Market, Finance, People, Legal, and IT to align workstreams and clear dependencies, delivering on strategic outcomes. The position reports to the VP of Corporate Strategy and can be based in Austin or remote, with regular travel to Austin.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in M&A integration or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in global, matrixed environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proven experience running executive steering committees.
• Experience with AI-driven diligence and integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Development during diligence to assess feasibility, lift, and Day 1 risks.
• Build high-level strategy into executable integration programs with milestones, metrics, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional leads across Product, Go-To-Market, Finance, People, Legal, and IT to maintain momentum.
• Run the operating cadence and steering committees to keep program execution on track.
• Provide visibility to executive leadership on integration progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Build, hire, and mentor a growing integration team.
• Leverage AI workflows to optimize diligence and integration processes.
