Job summary

You will lead end-to-end integration, ensuring alignment with global standards and mitigating risks while accelerating value realization. You will collaborate with Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Product & Technology, Revenue Operations, Sales, Security, People, and Finance to drive strategy and execution,

Qualifications

• J.D. and active State Bar membership in good standing.
• 10+ years in M&A integration, legal operations, and complex commercial motions.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech companies.
• Strong understanding of global privacy laws related to SaaS agreements.
• AI-first mindset with experience applying AI in legal workflows.
• Change management for acquired entities and cross-functional alignment.
• Exceptional communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end legal integration of acquired entities.
• Partner with Corporate Development during due diligence to shape integration roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet integration milestones and compliance standards.
• Provide executive updates on milestones, risks, and blockers.
