Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements to protect client interests
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Maintain NDA and vendor-review processes and conduct clause-risk analyses
• Develop obligation and renewal trackers and assist with due-diligence memos
