Role is fully remote with flexible, part-time hours (5-20 hours per week). Ideal candidates have at least 4+ years in transactional law and strong drafting skills for high-stakes documents.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents
• Leading NDA and vendor-review processes
• Producing negotiation position summaries and clause-risk analyses
• Maintaining obligation and renewal trackers across core workflows
