Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects.
• Proven ability to work in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle.
• Prepare and present final cost plans and cost estimates.
• Review with design services and general contractor to develop estimates.
• Reconcile changes and ensure data accuracy for contractors.
• Coordinate cost information from all sources for cost discussions.
• Prepare executive summaries and written comments on submissions.
• Drive cost impact through engineering prioritization.
• Lead cost checks and valuations on large projects.
• Support post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
• Prepare funding data and coordinate value engineering sessions.
• Develop cost plans through design phases and update at milestones.
• Provide commercial input to design optioneering and cost analysis.
