Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a cost-focused professional to help plan, manage, and deliver major capital projects onsite with clients. You will prepare cost estimates, develop cost plans, and contribute to procurement processes, while advising on cost implications at design team meetings.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor's degree in a cost/construction field and at least 4+ years of cost management experience, with CostX and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a cost/construction focus.
• 4+ years of cost management experience.
• Proficient with CostX to produce estimates and bills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
• Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• Identify risks and support risk registers; contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes.
• Attend client and design team meetings; advise on cost implications and capture actions.
• Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.
• Contribute to project templates and draft qualification questionnaires.
