Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, LLC is seeking a seasoned Cost Estimator to prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports onsite at client sites. You will develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options, identify risks, and support pre-contract and procurement activities.

You will attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and help with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, and development appraisals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
• Proficient in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Contact preparation skills.
• Post contract administration skills.
• Project close-out skills.
• Team player with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
• Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• Identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes.
• Attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and capture key actions.
• Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.
• Contribute to project templates, draft qualification questionnaires, and take on additional duties as required.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships.
• There is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
