Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to serve as the main client interface for retail construction projects. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on delivering value-added cost management services.

The candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in cost management, be capable of independent work, and possess a background in construction consultancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Fluency or near-fluency in Korean is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Prepare cost plans and estimates through design phases and update at milestones.
• Review and coordinate with design teams and contractors to develop cost estimates.
• Produce and present final cost plans and quarterly cost reports.
• Manage cost checks, valuations and post-contract cost variances.
