Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support commercial real estate projects, including tenant improvements and ground-up developments. You will lead cost planning, estimating, and commercial governance in a client-facing, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in cost management for commercial interiors or base building work, is RICS-certified or pursuing, and can coordinate with designers, contractors, and procurement to optimize value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• 5–7 years of cost management/quantity surveying experience on commercial real estate projects.
• RICS accreditation or ongoing pursuit is preferred.
• Experience with TI/fit-out projects and base building cost planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and negotiating change orders across the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning, estimating, and detailed cost plans at milestones.
• Coordinate with design teams and contractors to refine estimates.
• Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and cost variance analyses.
