Responsibilities

• Client-facing cost management lead on life sciences capital projects in Charlottesville, VA.
• Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle, reconcile changes with the GC, and verify data accuracy.
• Prepare written comments on contractor submissions, including an executive summary.
• Produce and present the final cost plan; collaborate with design teams and the GC on estimates; coordinate cost data with suppliers.
• Act as day-to-day client interface on the commission.
