Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a diverse Seattle portfolio. You will lead cost consultancy, project controls and commercial management across real estate, infrastructure, and public sector programs, interfacing with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in cost management, strong communication and leadership, and a track record on complex projects. On-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in cost management for construction.
• RICS accreditation or active pursuit is preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide estimate and cost planning, including final cost plan presentations.
• Review with design and GC teams to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Reconcile changes and ensure contractor data accuracy.
• Coordinate cost information across subs, A/Es, and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly cost reports for client presentations.
