Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Estimator, Cost Manager, or similar role.

• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction cost and project cost estimates.
• Understand local market pricing for materials and labor.
