Qualifications

• BS in Construction or related field required.
• 5–8 years in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS/AssocRICS/CCP/CEP/CPE or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and estimate scope of work from project documents.
• Develop relationships with sub-contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Lead client accounts and participate in contract negotiations.
• Prepare sub-contractor analysis sheets and evaluate change orders.
• Provide reports and support senior management.
