Job summary

TerraPower LLC. in Bellevue, WA seeks a Cost Manager for the PMO to lead estimating, budgeting, and risk management across multi-year, multi-disciplinary nuclear projects including Natrium.

You will develop baselines, prepare detailed estimates, monitor CPI-based cost performance, and mentor a team of cost professionals while collaborating with engineers, schedulers, and project controls to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cost management, estimating, and risk analysis.
• Experience with COBRA and major cost tools.
• Led budgets, baselines, and forecasts for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee cost baselines, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and benchmarking activities.
• Track cost performance using CPI metrics.
• Manage risk analyses, mitigation strategies, and risk trending.
• Collaborate on cost impacts of change requests.
• Standardize cost management tools, templates, and processes.
• Provide mentorship and training to estimators and risk managers.
