Job summary

TerraPower, LLC is seeking a senior manager to support the Natrium team in Bellevue, WA. This role leads the Reactor Components group and reports to the Natrium Director, Primary Supplied Equipment.

You will interface with Natrium Supply Chain and Engineering to ensure the safe and timely delivery of Reactor Head, Vessel, Internals, and related components, while maintaining cost, schedule, and quality metrics across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical engineering degree required.
• Experience leading supplier management and interface in design/manufacturing environments.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Equipment Supply Managers within Reactor Components group.
• Interface with Natrium Supply Chain to ensure safe, timely delivery of equipment (Reactor Head, Vessel, Internals).
• Oversee supplier performance, cost, schedule, quality, and safety metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Quality, and Facilities to ensure compliance with processes.
