Job summary

TerraPower in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Senior Project Manager for Equipment Delivery Management (EDM) to lead a PM team delivering critical equipment packages on schedule and within budget. Focus on cost reduction, EVMS, risk management, and safety.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Construction to drive performance, implement tracking systems, and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, supply chain, or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in project management, supply chain oversight, or equipment delivery on major capital programs.
• Experience on nuclear, energy, defense, or heavy industrial capital projects strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex workflows, and drive organizational development.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with EVMS, integrated master scheduling, and milestone governance.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Jira, Power BI, Planner, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Equipment Delivery PM team (PMs and PCs) to drive execution.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and integration of new hires; mentor for growth.
• Establish organizational structure, roles, and operating model with clear RACI.
• Identify and implement major cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Drive proactive risk management and issue resolution, with actionable mitigation strategies.
• Ensure schedule adherence (>= 90%) and continuous improvement in planning.
