Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cost management, estimating, and risk analysis.
• Experience planning, executing, or controlling a first-of-a-kind project exceeding $100M in budget with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee cost baselines, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and benchmarking.
• Track cost performance and CPI metrics.
• Manage risk analyses and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess cost impacts of changes.
• Standardize cost management tools, templates, and processes.
• Provide mentorship to estimators, cost engineers, and risk managers.
