Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an Associate Cost Manager to drive commercial direction on landmark projects in New York. You will own cost control from feasibility through handover on towers, luxury fit-outs, hospitality and stadium builds up to $700m.

Visa sponsorship and relocation are available. Ideal applicants have 7+ years in cost management, strong real estate experience, MRICS a bonus, and proficiency in CostX, RIB or Procore.

Qualifications

• QS degree + 7+ years in Cost Management (consultancy/PQS background a plus)
• Strong track record on large-scale real estate projects, pre- and post-contract
• Confident, client-facing, commercially sharp
• CostX/RIB/Procore experience useful; MRICS a bonus, not essential

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management across a portfolio of major projects
• Build cost plans, budgets and procurement strategy
• Assess tenders and manage contractor relationships
• Own cost reporting, forecasting and final accounts
• Advise clients directly and present to senior stakeholders
• Mentor junior QSs and Cost Managers
