Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an Associate Cost Manager to drive commercial direction on landmark projects in New York. You will own cost control from feasibility through handover on towers, luxury fit-outs, hospitality and stadium builds up to $700m.

Visa sponsorship and relocation are available. Ideal applicants have 7+ years in cost management, strong real estate experience, MRICS a bonus, and proficiency in CostX, RIB or Procore.

Qualifications

• QS degree + 7+ years in Cost Management (consultancy/PQS background a plus)
• Strong track record on large-scale real estate projects, pre- and post-contract
• Confident, client-facing, commercially sharp
• CostX/RIB/Procore experience useful; MRICS a bonus, not essential

Responsibilities

Conrad Consulting has partnered with a major international consultancy expanding its New York operation. They need an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Senior QS to take commercial ownership of major projects landmark towers, luxury fit-outs, residential, hospitality and stadium builds up to $700m working directly with clients from feasibility through to handover.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading cost management across a portfolio of major projects
• Building cost plans, budgets and procurement strategy
• Assessing tenders and managing contractor relationships
• Owning cost reporting, forecasting and final accounts
• Advising clients directly and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Mentoring junior QSs and Cost Managers

Requirements of the Associate Cost Manager
