Trade the UK weather for the skyline of New York City. A premier Manhattan construction consultancy is expanding its executive delivery team and securing a UK-trained Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to direct high-profile, high-end commercial builds across Lower Manhattan.

This is not a corporate treadmill. This position puts you at the helm of iconic built-environment investments, managing commercial value engineering across elite retail, luxury accommodation, and flagship corporate headquarters.

• Direct all commercial pre-contract and post-contract cost management workflows for high-end Manhattan assets.
• Execute precision value estimation, contractual risk management, and procurement advice for high-net-worth clients.
• Manage client-side relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring absolute commercial order and project profitability.
• Enforce rigorous commercial governance across complex, fast-paced fit-out and ground-up builds.

Professional Requirements

• Background: UK experience with a Quantity Surveying (PQS) degree; MRICS charter status is highly advantageous.
