Qualifications

• Experience in data center or mission critical sectors.
• Experience in pre-contract cost management and budget control.
• Knowledge of cost planning and change forms with stakeholders.
• Chartered status or on the path to completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tender/bid process from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Manage change management—identify, analyze, approve, implement changes affecting project cost.
• Analyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money.
• Assist in final accounts and claims to secure client value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key developments.
• Oversee project spend with valuations and cost reports; communicate variations.
• Support cost documentation and timely communication for decisions.
• Assist settlement of disputes and loss/expense claims with transparency.
• Mentor and lead the team to drive performance and growth.
