Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead major client accounts or a portfolio of projects to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development for firm growth
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and fee proposal development and management
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the Cost Management service offering
• Oversee financial performance including revenue tracking, margin analysis, and forecasting
• Lead cost control strategies and guidance in capital planning, procurement, and risk mitigation
• Deliver value engineering and cost-saving recommendations while maintaining quality
• Manage and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, mentoring, and training
• Lead internal QA/QC reviews and continuous improvement efforts
• Champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes
• Represent the firm at industry events and act as a senior advisor to reinforce brand leadership
