Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for hyperscale data center programs. You will manage internal and external stakeholders, oversee cost controls and reporting across large multi-site projects, and mentor project teams.

Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area or remotely, with travel to sites as needed, you’ll drive best practices and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-growing data center portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cost management.
• SME in Quantity Surveying, with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for cost management teams on large-scale data center programs.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants at all stages, especially hyperscale developments.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and consultants throughout delivery.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management across full project lifecycles.
