Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Cost Management and/or Quantity Surveying to lead cost management for large data center and mission-critical projects. The role emphasizes client and stakeholder engagement, strategic leadership, and delivery excellence in a fast-paced construction environment.

The successful candidate will oversee a cost management team, interfacing with clients and consultants, and ensuring robust cost controls, change management, and KPI-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• Graduate degree preferred in quantity surveying/cost management/engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management services across large-scale data center and critical construction projects.
• Interface with client, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
• Manage cost controls, change management, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and direction, embedding Turner & Townsend values.
• Drive best practices and improve cost management procedures, templates, and tools.
