Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support large-scale data center construction projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The role focuses on cost management, commercial guidance, and quantity surveying throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, be self-motivated, and capable of working independently and with a team while promoting Turner & Townsend's values and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or project controls experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, negotiate, and manage change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning, commercial management, and final cost plans.
• Review estimates with design teams and contractors and reconcile pricing.
• Lead cost checks, valuations, forecasting, and cost management processes on large projects.
• Prepare cost reports and executive summaries for clients and stakeholders.
