Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to oversee a large-scale data centre program in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will ensure project delivery on time and within budget, emphasizing governance and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include developing cost plans, managing procurement strategies, and producing monthly cost reports. Candidates should have 5–7 years of cost management experience, a relevant degree, and expertise in commercial management.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in cost management/project controls.
• Expertise in procurement strategies and commercial management.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and campus-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates.
• Coordinate sources of cost information for validation.
• Lead procurement strategy and contractor pricing reviews.
• Prepare comments on contractor submissions for stakeholders.
• Own change control and manage post-contract cost variances.
