Job summary

This is a site-based role with on-site support at the Ohio project site. The successful candidate will work independently yet partner with project teams, ensuring robust cost validation, timely cost reports, and adherence to SOX controls where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years in cost management within construction.
• RICS accredited or pursuing accreditation preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale projects of moderate-high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide estimate and cost planning, including final cost plan.
• Review with design services team and GC to develop estimates.
• Reconcile changes and ensure data accuracy for GC.
• Prepare cost estimates updates and executive summaries.
• Coordinate all cost information from NPA, subs, and A/Es.
