Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Cost Management and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on a major capital construction program, supporting a large campus development with strategic commercial leadership. The role requires on-site presence in Ohio, strong client-facing skills, and leadership of a cost management team throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction industry.
• RICS accredited or working toward accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management team and interface with the client, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage Cost Management and Project Controls on large-scale construction programs.
• Develop strategy and governance for the team and mentor talent to grow the team.
