Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to join our Atlanta team, supporting construction cost services across a diverse portfolio including real estate developments and data centers. The role involves advising on strategies, preparing estimates, and managing cost reporting and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost management for construction projects.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical or complex service projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement routes, value management and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategies, prequalify vendors, assess proposals and bid documents.
• Develop project estimates covering construction, fees and direct costs; review with client.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and risk assessments; maintain commercial risk register.
• Review payments, change orders and contractor entitlements; support dispute resolution.
• Lead post-contract reviews and close-out activities; document lessons learned.
