Brivo, Inc. in Bethesda is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Controllership group.

The role focuses on cost accounting, inventory valuation, and maintaining the integrity of the NetSuite ERP environment following the merger. You will own monthly close processes, support margin reporting for leadership, and help harmonize chart of accounts across merged entities while maintaining SOX controls and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cost or inventory accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Experience supporting M&A or system integrations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly cost accounting close activities, including inventory roll-forward and COGS analysis.
• Support margin visibility reporting for cost centers.
• Prepare E&O reserve and warranty accrual calculations and reconciliations.
• Oversee inventory counts at warehouses and reconcile variances.
• Assist system integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce, Ramp, and 3PL systems.
• Harmonize chart of accounts across merged entities.
• Resolve 3-way match exceptions and landed cost analysis.
• Support fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and roll-forward schedules.
• Maintain SOX controls and segregation of duties.
• Design and test new reporting dashboards and process improvements.
