Sibel Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, inventory, cost accounting, and reporting.

You will work closely with the Director of Finance and cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to build scalable processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and solid ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end responsibilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and large data-set experience.
• Ability to communicate financial results to non-finance colleagues clearly.

Mansioni

• Own month-end close and general ledger activities.
• Manage inventory and cost accounting, including standard costs and variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
• Develop KPI reporting and recurring management reports.
• Serve as NetSuite power user; optimize system configurations and reporting.
• Assist audit prep and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Conoscenze

5+ years accounting experience
