Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional engineer licensure with Mn Board or reciprocity.
• Passing score on the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program or Master's with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Metro District cost estimating activities and standardize processes.
• Develop cost estimates for programming, preliminary design, and contract lettings.
• Create conceptual design cost estimates to support value engineering and best-value decisions.
