Qualifications

• Professional civil engineer licensure or eligibility via reciprocity.
• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree or Master’s degree with required post-graduation experience.
• Passing score on the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Metro District cost estimating activities.
• Ensure the application of consistent cost estimate processes and procedures.
• Keep abreast of state‑of‑the‑art developments in cost estimation and develop this expertise as a core competency.
• Prepare and review cost estimates for programming, preliminary design, and contract lettings.
• Develop conceptual design comparative cost estimates to support best‑value decisions.
