Job summary

Eight years of estimating experience in construction or related field, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

Lead conceptual and detailed estimates for assigned projects, focusing on MEP costs.
Supervise, check work, and mentor estimators and estimating engineers.
Develop and clarify estimate reports and maintain database pricing updates.
Present estimating results to clients and stakeholders; drive deadlines.
Collaborate with architects and engineers on project parameters.
