Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cost engineering, cost control, project controls, or construction cost management.
• Hands-on cost engineering execution with substantiated cost data and forecasts.
• Experience with large capital projects, EPC, or data-center programs.

Responsibilities

• Review pay applications, invoices, and cost submissions for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, logs, and forecast models.
• Develop cost narratives and risk summaries for management and clients.
• Validate EAC, cash flows, and contingency usage.
• Support closeout activities including final cost reporting.
