Job summary

Decima International is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost control across multiple infrastructure and construction projects on-site in Corsicana or Sweetwater, TX. You will oversee budgets, forecasts, reporting, and change management while coordinating with regional teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cost control, experience with hyperscale data centers or large-scale projects, and strong skills in SAP and Excel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cost control or cost engineering experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in hyperscale data centers or large-scale, mission-critical projects.
• Advanced knowledge of cost management, forecasting, variance analysis, change management, and project financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional/project cost control functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across projects.
• Develop and maintain cost control systems, reports, forecasts, and change management procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor data, identify variances, and guide corrective actions.
• Present monthly and quarterly cost performance reports to senior leadership (EVA, variances, trends).
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation across multiple sites.
• Mentor and develop junior cost control personnel within the region.
• Support contract negotiation, supplier invoicing, and change order management.
