Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is seeking a Cost Controls and Earned Value Analyst for the Lake City Microgrid and CHP project in Independence, Missouri. The role involves tracking commitments, cost to complete, percent complete, labor and changes, and preparing forecasts and management dashboards.

You will build cost codes, reconcile POs and subcontract commitments in Unanet, maintain forecast-at-completion, and prepare audit-ready WIP and variance reports.

Qualifications

• Six years of construction project cost controls and Excel/ERP reporting.
• Experience with fixed-price subcontract commitments and forecast-at-completion.

Responsibilities

• Build ERP cost codes and control accounts aligned with the contract line items and subcontract work packages.
• Reconcile purchase orders, subcontract commitments, actuals, accruals, and percent complete with Unanet and field evidence.
• Maintain forecast-at-completion, cash need, contingency, pending change, and cost-to-complete reports.
• Challenge unsupported EPC or OEM progress claims before payment or executive reporting.
• Prepare audit-ready WIP, variance, and management reporting with traceable assumptions.
