Job summary

Qualifications

Ten years of complex construction quality management with federal or industrial experience; CQM for Contractors credential before assignment if required by contract; verify final qualifications against the specifications.
Ability to supervise discipline inspectors and maintain a separate CQC organization.
Experience responding to Government QA comments with traceable corrective action.
Ability to meet installation access, safety, information-handling, and assignment requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the ERP CQC Plan, definable features of work, and discipline inspection responsibilities.
Lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up control phases with RICHARD and lower-tier QC staff.
Verify approved submittals, materials, testing, calibrated equipment, witness points, and inspection records before acceptance.
Maintain daily CQC reports, nonconformance and deficiency logs, testing records, and Government QA responses.
Identify nonconforming work, require correction, and maintain a direct escalation path to ERP management.
