Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related role.
• Post-secondary graduate with solid analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and PowerBI; familiar with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Implement project controls tools and methodology.
• Support month-end closing and phase gate processes; coordinate, produce, manage, and analyze cost information.
• Assist in establishing original and approved budgets; work with stakeholders to set cost baselines.
• Develop project forecasts using estimates, schedules, PO open commitments, and stakeholder inputs.
• Monitor actual costs, analyze variances, and document explanations.
• Assemble documentation for project teams and clients; build reports for monitoring and decision making.
• Interface with project management to support cost performance monitoring.
• Travel to client offices for coordination meetings as needed.
• Experience with accrual-based project execution.
