Job summary

Weil Group, Inc. is seeking a senior cost accountant to join our manufacturing finance team in Puerto Rico.

The ideal candidate will own cost allocation, data collection, and reporting processes, helping to maintain a robust cost accounting system and support project management efforts. Requirements include a BBA in Accounting, about seven years of experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with SAP and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI for reporting.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Allocates costs, collects data, and prepares reports for the cost accounting system.
• Ensures costs are allocated according to established procedures and analyzes cost structures.
• Develops unit costs for new services or products and projects expenses.
• Prepares budgets vs. actual reports and profitability analyses; may propose revisions to the system.
