Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Margin Analysis, Manufacturing Accounting, Oracle and other financial software.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong grasp of accounting principles.
• Demonstrated ability to streamline functions and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting for cost, inventory, and sales analysis.
• Participate in monthly close; prepare journal entries for Revenue, Cost of Sales and Inventory.
• Prepare post-closing inventory analysis and reconcile perpetual inventory to GL.
• Conduct cost and margin analyses to improve margins.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize inventory.
• Prepare key manufacturing metrics and highlight trends monthly.
• Develop and analyze sales forecasts integrating actuals and backlog.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and variance analysis.
