Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong manufacturing cost accounting experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting and variance analysis.
• Experience analyzing material, labor and overhead costs.
• Proficient Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and large data sets.
• Ability to partner with manufacturing and operations teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs including material, labor, overhead, inventory, scrap and variances
• Support standard costing, inventory valuation, physical inventory and cycle counts
• Investigate variances and identify operational drivers
• Partner with Operations on productivity and KPI performance
• Perform actual vs. budget, forecast and prior-year analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, modeling and scenario analysis
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close and inventory accounting
• Analyze product and customer profitability and margins
• Develop financial reporting, dashboards and tools
• Support internal controls, audits and continuous process improvement
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to leadership
